Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us by email. Here is how, and exactly what goes and what stays.

In the app

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Use the same steps on iPhone and Android.

OneLoyal

  1. Open OneLoyal and sign in.
  2. Go to the Me tab.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Follow the steps on screen to confirm.

OneLoyal Business

  1. Open OneLoyal Business and sign in as the shop owner.
  2. Go to the Shop tab.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Follow the steps on screen to confirm.

OneLoyal: what is deleted

Deleted

  • Your account: email, name, photo and settings.
  • Your wallet and its OneLoyal Points.
  • Your stamps at every shop.
  • Your customer code and reward codes.
  • The shops you hid (your hidden-posts list).

Kept

  • Purchase records, with your identity removed. Shops’ monthly statements are built from them.
  • Reports you sent, as our moderation record, with your name and account ID removed. An open report stays open for us to answer.

Points and stamps are not paid out, and points have no cash value. Use them before you delete your account.

OneLoyal Business: what is deleted

Deleted

  • The owner’s account.
  • The shop closes.
  • The shop’s posts and images.

Kept

  • The shop’s statements, as billing records.

Ask by email

If you cannot open the app, write to us. Send the email from the email address of your account, so we can find it, and say which app you use. The same things are deleted and kept as above. An admin handles every request within 30 days.
